He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and identify the best talent for Employer. The Senior Technical Recruiter will conduct candidate sourcing to identify active and passive top talent for time critical current requirements and future business needs through multiple tools including but not limited to Employer's applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, internet groups, business and networking groups, social media sites, key agency contacts, and employee referrals.What You'll Do:Attend intake meetings to understand recruiting requirements and projectsAccurately evaluating candidates based on core competencies and cultural fitBuilding effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talentManaging the flow of employee referrals and candidatesCompiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company valuesPartnering with Hiring Managers and leadership to drive successesParticipate in projects to transform talent acquisitionAbout You:Minimum of Bachelor's DegreeExperience working in either a staff augmentation or consulting services environmentA minimum of 6 years of successful recruiting experience in information technologyExperience building a network of functional consultants (Project managers, Business Analysts, Java Developers, Mainframe Developers, Systems Analysts, Testers etc.)We Are EmployerMillions of people every day use websites, applications, and business processes designed and built by Employer.
