Corporate Recruiter (F/T Perm, FTL or MIA based)

Summary

This is a Full-time Corporate Recruiter function with a robust base salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, handling all Talent Acquisition duties for all internal customers, to includes Sales, Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, IT, at our 9 locations throughout Florida. We are the Florida division of a Global Insurance Broker. You may choose to be based from either our Doral or Ft. Lauderdale offices. Minimal travel required, some virtual work allowed. Sourcing is a key function of the role!

Role Summary

Leads recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives across the region while building a strong employment brand and relationships with candidates, employees and leaders. Directly responsible for full-life cycle of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and retaining excellent candidates and employees. Additional responsibilities include researching and gathering competitive intelligence data, managing university relations and attending college events, analyzing candidate data and putting together reports, and documenting candidate information while ensuring legal compliance.

Role Responsibilities

Manage and spearhead the Talent Acquisition strategy for the region.

Source, attract, recruit, test, and interview candidates while providing a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Consult with associates and Agency leaders to develop a strong understanding of the duties and competencies required for different roles

Create detailed and accurate job descriptions

Consult with Agency leaders to determine and forecast hiring needs across the region

Manage and build university relations and attend career fairs and recruiting events

Conduct research and gather competitive intelligence data on best in class talent in our markets

Attract and persuade highly desirable candidates to consider opportunities at the Agency

Educate and train associates and leaders in reviewing, analyzing and interpreting candidate testing

Manage all job boards and postings

Follow up with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and expedited hiring process

Conduct negotiations regarding compensation with desired candidates

Creates offer letters and contracts for new hires

Providing managers and appropriate teams members recruitment and sourcing updates on their roles

Creates candidate interview reports for leaders with analyses, feedback, and testing results

Stay up to date with employment law

Update and manage our Applicant Tracking System

Other recruiting, selection, and HR projects as needed


Role Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor s degree required

3+ years of talent acquisition experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of company goals, values, and mission

Excellent communication skills and interview etiquette

Strong writing skills

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Works well with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds

Strong attention to detail

Capable to work independently and conduct independent research

Capable of establishing and nurturing longstanding relationships with industry professionals

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of human resources and employment law
