Requirements Role Description and expected impact: Approximately 40% of the time will be invested in sales and relationship building with customers. The role is the primary new business driver in the division. Prior sales experience is required. Sales meetings typically take place in the evenings since we work with volunteers. Approximately 40% of the time will be invested in staff and team development. This role is an important culture developer and positive attitude and mentor skills are required. Approximately 20% of the time will be on projects, change management, learning and development and company activities This role is second in command in the division and will report to the Division President. Highly autonomous and proactive working performance is expected. The role will have approximately 20 employees to start out with and grow. Within a year the candidate is expected to oversee an office location and the daily business in the area. Descriptive words for this role are: technical sales, people management, mentoring, leadership, positive attitude. This role will develop the candidate towards general management who will become commercially minded, work on HR issues, including recruiting, finance, operations and learn how to deliver a consistent service product. If you have current middle management experience in an operational sales structure, then this could be a rewarding career progression. Salary: $70,000 plus bonus options Spectrum believes the greatest respect we can show a candidate is to conduct a thorough and detailed interview process.
